Black ops 3 update 1.16 stuck at 'preparing to download.(10%)' on Ps4. I have a wi-fi connection.
Writing on behalf of a friend as they don't have a Ubi account. He's only just got the game and whenever he boots, is stuck on the 'preparing content screen'.
Game downloaded via PSN (EU)
All updates applied
Boots to loading screen as normal but then hangs on 'Preparing Content'
Remedies attempted:
Restart application
Restart PS4
Rebuilt HDD 'database'
Deleted the install and updates, re-downloaded everything
Swapped from a wifi connection to an ethernet
Deleted profile off console, used the app and deleted all messages from the last few weeks, reinstaled profile and game
None of the above has worked. I've Googled the problem and there seems to be quite a handful of people suffering the same issues across all platforms - no official response.
Can anyone help?
