For auction from a Pennsylvania estate, a nice, early, Le Coultre Atmos Swiss mantle clock. The clock has a serial number #53057 which dates it to the 1950's, and, I believe, makes it a #519 caliber clock. The clock is in very good condition for such an early version. The clock mechanism, face, and hands are in excellent cosmetic condition, but t are blemishes and scratches on the gold plating on the outside base and the outside casing. T are also some rub marks on the back of the drum. The glass on the casing is clear and scratch free. The clock is in perfect working order and has kept very accurate time (within 2 minutes) over the past month. The face of the clock is marked 'Le Coultre'. The front of the clock mechanism is marked 'Le Coultre Switzerland, Fifteen 15 VXN Jewels, Atmos'. The top of the clock mechanism is marked with the serial # '53057'. The back of the drum is marked 'Le Coultre Switzerland'. The clock measures approximately 8 1/4ins wide, 6 1/4ins deep, and 9 1/8ins high. A nice, early, Swiss Atmos clock for the discriminating buyer. The clock will be packaged very carefully - locked down, and double-boxed in a close-fitting inner box.
